This guy in a Volkswagen pulls up at a traffic light and looks out the window
 to see opposite him a man in a Rolls Royce. So the guy rolls down the window
 and calls to the Rolls driver, "Excuse me. Have you got a CD player in your
 car?" To this the Rolls driver replies, "Yes, indeed I do have a CD player."
 The guy in the VW then puts a CD in a starts playing some heavy metal music,
 while the guy in the Rolls puts in a CD and starts playing some classical
 music. The VW driver then asks, "Have you got a TV in you car?" to which the
 Rolls driver says, "Actually I do." The VW flicks on his TV and starts
 watching the footy, while the Rolls driver turns his on and starts watching
 some art apprieciation show on channel 2. The VW drive then asks if he's got a
 bar in his car, to which the Rolls driver replies, "Of course," and pours
 himself a cocktail while the VW driver cracks open a beer. Finally the VW
 leans out and asks if the Rolls driver had a bed in his car, "Well um... no,"
 says the Rolls driver. To this the VW driver says, "I do," and drives off as
 the lights change. The guy in the Rolls drives straight to the machanic and
 demands that a bed be installed in his car right away.

 With his new bed installed in his Rolls the guy drives around looking for the
 VW driver. Suddenly he spots the VW, spationary and moving up and down with
 the windows all steemed up. He hops out of his car, walks over to the VW and
 taps on the foggy windows. The window rolls down and the VW driver puts his
 head out. "I've got a bed in my car now," say the Rolls driver, to which the
 VW driver exclaims, "WHAT? You got me out of the shower JUST TO TELL ME THAT?"
